The Coaching Role
You'll be responsible for helping create more
Clinics For Good by helping our members to
Lead Inspired Teams, Transform Client
Experiences and Grow their Clinics.
- You’ll be responsible for helping our Business Academy Members learn and apply our 7 Degrees to Grow Your Clinic strategies. You’ll help deliver small group training (Mastermind Pods) and direct coaching sessions, where you’ll work 1-on-1 with clients to help them fine-tune their work, and you’ll help us build our amazing global community.
- You don’t need to know how everything works here at Clinic Mastery before applying. We’ll train you on our core content, and our Clinic Mastery approach to coaching members.
- You’ll want to be comfortable and happy working online (using tools like Zoom or Slack), and you should have a solid track record working with clients and getting results.
- You’ll be expected to drive your own learning, and learn quickly. Once you’re fully up to speed (2-3 months), you’ll be responsible for your list of clinic owners Approx ~50-60 members. That’s a significant effort, so be sure you’re ready to commit.
- This will be a great role, ~4 days a week, working around your schedule. You’ll be supporting our members in Australia and New Zealand mainly and will work with Canadian and UK clients, so make sure those timezones work for you before applying.

Introduce yourself, show us how you show up for clients. Shoot a (< 3m) video telling us why you want this role. Specifically, we'd like to know:
• Why you want to work as a coach,
• Why you want to work at Clinic Mastery and not somewhere else, or for yourself full-time,
• About a time you worked with a client, what made it great, and how you helped them achieve a specific result,
• How to make your favourite meal, the “quick guide” version.
(Remember: We're not looking for a feature-length movie, 3 minutes tops will do!)⠀⠀

We value your ability to communicate and to connect with people. While your video production isn’t so important, but take some time preparing what you want to tell us. There’s no prize for first response, we’re looking for how you show up.
