Practice Leaders Program (PLP) allows you to enrol up to 2 Practice Leaders per business. A practice leader is either an admin, receptionist or practice manager.
To preserve a safe space for peer-to-peer sharing, PLP is not for clinic owners or practitioners.
As a clinic owner, you'll receive complimentary access to the PLP learning portal. All other inclusions are reserved for practice leaders.
There is 1 x workshop each fortnight. This allows you learn on week one and then implement on week two. Implementation time is very important.
The links to join the masterminds are schedule inside the members only slack channel.
The Live Mastermind sessions are hosted fortnightly on a Wednesday. Please check your local time conversion to align your schedule.
All sessions are recorded and made available for 14 days after publishing so that you stay up to date and prioritise the live sessions.

Yes, they will be available online 7 days after the session. The value of Immersion will be the live engagement, collaboration and guided implementation. This is a community event and doing it together is a key component of you making great progress. Learning is vastly improved in a shared environment and accountability is achieved when you work with high level peers on the same timeline. So we expect live attendance.
Since all of your learning modules are online, you can commit as little or as much time as you want. You're also able to learn on the go with the mobile app. As a rule of thumb, we recommend you commit to at least 90 minutes each week.

Post any questions on any topic and you'll receive high quality responses that challenge, collaborate and support you to get the answers you need.
You'll be able to ask your questions in the Mastermind session for direct feedback, collaboration and implementation support. Be sure to put these sessions in your calendar.
There's also a comments section under each module where the PLP team can respond to you.
