Practice Leaders Program is NOT for everyone. 

The four types of people we see thrive are:

  1. Soon to be Practice Manager or New to the Practice Manager role and need structure
  2. Have a Practice Manager position description but it's outdated and doesn't reflect your actual role
  3. Don't have a Practice Manager position description and end up doing a bit of admin and bit of business owner work
  4. Practice Manager growing and admin team to support a established and growing clinic

This membership will be perfect for you if:

Practice Leaders Program (PLP) Subscriptions are based on enrolling up to 2 Practice Leaders per Business. If you the (Clinic Owner) want to be an active member in PLP then you will be considered as 1 of 2 Practice Leaders per Business.

An Active Member gets all inclusions listed in the page above. For example, access to the Slack Collaboration Channel and attendance at the PLP Sessions.

We believe that it's important for you, the Clinic Owner to be across what's being delivered in PLP so that you can keep your leaders accountable and support them in the implementation of what we cover. What that means is that you will receive complimentary access to the PLP Learning Portal. All other inclusions in PLP are reserved for active members.

There is 1 x workshop each fortnight. This allows you learn on week one and then implement on week two. Implementation time is very important. 

The links to join the masterminds are schedule inside the members only slack channel. 

The Live Mastermind sessions are hosted fortnightly on a Wednesday. Please check your local time conversion to align your schedule. 

All sessions are recorded and made available for 14 days after publishing so that you stay up to date and prioritise the live sessions.

Practice Leaders Program (PLP) is a perfect compliment for these reasons:

  • PLP is highly practical so that it is easy to watch a module and implement it immediately. 
  • PLP is designed to help you be the best version of yourself, so with more agency over your time, greater passion for what you do and increased engagement in your work life integration, you'll be able to improve your implementation of the other courses you're doing. 
  • The Clinic Mastery Mentors use a framework that will help you better compartmentalise and then integrate the different components of your work and life for a better flow in your weekly rhythms. These frameworks are used in their very own clinics around Australia. 

Yes, they will be available online 7 days after the session. The value of Immersion will be the live engagement, collaboration and guided implementation. This is a community event and doing it together is a key component of you making great progress. Learning is vastly improved in a shared environment and accountability is achieved when you work with high level peers on the same timeline. So we expect live attendance. 

Since all of your learning modules are online, you can commit as little or as much time as you want. You're also able to learn on the go with the mobile app. As a rule of thumb, we recommend you commit to at least 90 minutes each week. 

Easy done. If you decide that Practice Leaders Program isn't right for you, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time and you won’t be billed again. We hope you will stick around because you love using the Practice Leaders Program, not because we locked you into a contract. You simply need to give 60 Days notice prior to your next billing cycle is processed and you will be able to move on from the program. Please email [email protected] to inform of your intention to cease.

Post any questions on any topic and you'll receive high quality responses that challenge, collaborate and support you to get the answers you need. 

You'll be able to ask your questions in the Mastermind session for direct feedback, collaboration and implementation support. Be sure to put these sessions in your calendar. 

There's also a comments section under each module where the PLP team can respond to you.
