Practice Leaders Program is NOT for everyone.
The four types of people we see thrive are:
- Soon to be Practice Manager or New to the Practice Manager role and need structure
- Have a Practice Manager position description but it's outdated and doesn't reflect your actual role
- Don't have a Practice Manager position description and end up doing a bit of admin and bit of business owner work
- Practice Manager growing and admin team to support a established and growing clinic
This membership will be perfect for you if:
You want to be able to help more clients, add more value to your community, earn more money, build your reputation, develop your confidence and improve your communication skills as a leader.
You are humble, hungry and smart. You're ready to learn, grow and contribute as an active member.
You will implement the materials provided to you so that you see improvement in your life, your client's lives, those that your mentor and your clinic's performance.
You want to feel happy to come to work each day, fulfilled at the end of the week, proud of how you've progressed each month and excited for the future years in your career.

Practice Leaders Program (PLP) allows you to enrol up to 2 Practice Leaders per business. A practice leader is either an admin, receptionist or practice manager.
To preserve a safe space for peer-to-peer sharing, PLP is not for clinic owners or practitioners.
As a clinic owner, you'll receive complimentary access to the PLP learning portal. All other inclusions are reserved for practice leaders.
There is 1 x workshop each fortnight. This allows you learn on week one and then implement on week two. Implementation time is very important.
The links to join the masterminds are schedule inside the members only slack channel.
The Live Mastermind sessions are hosted fortnightly on a Wednesday. Please check your local time conversion to align your schedule.
All sessions are recorded and made available for 14 days after publishing so that you stay up to date and prioritise the live sessions.

Practice Leaders Program (PLP) is a perfect compliment for these reasons:
- PLP is highly practical so that it is easy to watch a module and implement it immediately.
- PLP is designed to help you be the best version of yourself, so with more agency over your time, greater passion for what you do and increased engagement in your work life integration, you'll be able to improve your implementation of the other courses you're doing.
- The Clinic Mastery Mentors use a framework that will help you better compartmentalise and then integrate the different components of your work and life for a better flow in your weekly rhythms. These frameworks are used in their very own clinics around Australia.
Yes, they will be available online 7 days after the session. The value of Immersion will be the live engagement, collaboration and guided implementation. This is a community event and doing it together is a key component of you making great progress. Learning is vastly improved in a shared environment and accountability is achieved when you work with high level peers on the same timeline. So we expect live attendance.
Since all of your learning modules are online, you can commit as little or as much time as you want. You're also able to learn on the go with the mobile app. As a rule of thumb, we recommend you commit to at least 90 minutes each week.

Post any questions on any topic and you'll receive high quality responses that challenge, collaborate and support you to get the answers you need.
You'll be able to ask your questions in the Mastermind session for direct feedback, collaboration and implementation support. Be sure to put these sessions in your calendar.
There's also a comments section under each module where the PLP team can respond to you.
You'll have access to our accounts team for billing and membership enquiries as well as our member support team for help with your learning experience.
